Our Policy
NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS. DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS, ILLNESS, INSUFFICIENT BOOKINGS, ETC. IN CASE OF A CHANGE IN RETREAT DATES, YOU WILL RECEIVE FULL CREDIT FOR A POSTPONEMENT DATE. YOUR FULL CREDIT REMAINS VALID FOR ONE YEAR STARTING FROM THE DATE OF YOUR LAST PAYMENT. WHEN YOU SIGN UP TO THIS RETREAT OR EVENT YOU ARE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION WHICH WILL BE REVIEWED AND IF THE APPLICATION IS REFUSED THE FULL AMOUNT PAID WILL BE REFUNDED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION.
